A nice early morning ride. Just me and Graeme out this morning as the others were off to ride The Gap later in the day.

Graeme was struggling a little on the uphills which was perfect for me as it meant I could have a nice easy ride without too much effort, which as I was still recovering from the lurgy was just what I needed.

The trails have dried out nicely and were riding well and we stopped to chat quite a bit so nothing too strenuous but as always good to be the first people on the trail for the day.
